AFTER WAITING FOR CLOSE TO AN HOUR FOR OUR FOOD TO COME OUT, we finally got up to let their manager know what happened. First, she came by and DID NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE OR ASKED WHAT WAS WRONG!! I TOLD HER WE WEREN'T BEING HELPED AT ALL AND WAS WAITING FOR OUR FOOD FOR CLOSE TO AN HOUR! This lady just gave me a blank stare and said "YOU CAN JUST LEAVE"--- WHAT?? IS THIS HOW MANAGERS BEHAVE AT A RESTAURANT? SHE DIDN'T APOLOGIZE OR TRY TO HELP US AT ALL!! I WAS TOTALLY STUNNED HOW RUDE A PERSON CAN ACT TOWARD THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME WRITING ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT A RESTAURANT. TRUST ME, THEY'RE THE WORST PEOPLE EVER!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR $$ OR YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!!

Meals have always been good here. Thanksgiving dinner was superb and more than enough. Meals are a little pricey during this economy but if you can afford it, worth it. Wish they would bring the Pork Roast they had back. C. Scalise Schaumburg

I have dined at this place often and used to like it but lately have been going across the street to the Brass or the Pizza place. I would recommend one of those places over Millrose because the food always takes better. It seems like whenever I order something here (millrose) they get my order wrong. When I bring it to their attention they were rude. I have heard this place is unsanitary and thats why I don't want to go back (one of my friends currently works at Millrose and he REFUSES to eat their food unless it was pre-packaged)......
